Nicola was like a god sent savior for us, we contacted her for an elopement session with a very very short notice since we were leaving the country and were dying to do our wedding shoot in the UK, she was willing to travel, helped us check for locations and was ridiculously patient and flexible with us, I've never dealt with a business owner or an artist this passionate and helpful, the shooting day came and it was freezing cold and we were so stressed of looking awkward in the pictures, but she just made it so easy, she was very friendly and funny, she got to know us within the span of 2 hours and it felt really nice that she was interested in knowing us and not just snap the pictures, we felt like she's been our friend for years, ultimately she read us like an open book and knew exactly how we wanted the pictures with very little description, and that tells you how professional she is. she was willing to jump in the freezing water and climb muddy hills just to achieve the art pieces she produced ,god she even let me use her awesome van to change my dress. we feel so honored that someone as great as her was taking our pictures, and choosing her was one of the best choices we made. we'll forever be grateful for her for being so kind to us and for making our dream a reality.

We can not recommend Nicola more. Firstly, for all the effort and talent she has she is so well priced compared to others. Nicola welcomed us straight away, was really quick to reply the entire time and even sent us a little gift through lockdown. We had several discussions leading up to our wedding day and had a wonderful engagement photo shoot where we tried out different shots and quickly figured out what we did and didn’t like doing.
Our wedding day with Nicola was just perfect. She made us both feel so relaxed and we hardly even noticed her taking photos which is exactly what we wanted. Nicola has the perfect balance between being very relaxed but being able to tell people to get into a shot, which was needed with our big group photos!

I am completely in love with the beautiful moments that Nicola captured at our wedding...they are so much more than just pictures, Nicola's intuitive, artistic style captures so much love and emotion.

Some of the photo's taken during the preparations were such a magical surprise, such as my husband helping my son tie his laces.... my family organising last minute bits and my sister helping me get ready....it's so beautiful to be able to see these precious moments.

Nicola also took some beautifully artistic photo's of my dress and flowers whilst I was getting ready which again were such a magical surprise in the gallery.

She is so wonderfully intuitive...several times throughout the day I though 'oh this would make a good picture'....and as if by magic Nicola was there snapping away! She also has amazing skills at taking photo's without you even noticing....the natural pictures of us all throughout the day are just perfect.

As well as being a completely amazing photographer Nicola is also so friendly, lovely and professional.... everything from booking to receiving the final gallery was just so easy.

Truly amazing! Nicola shot our wedding at Le Petit Chateau in November 2021. We had our pre-wedding shoot with her a week before hand and both me and my now husband knew from meeting her then that our wedding photography was in the best hands! Our pre-wedding photographs and wedding photographs are truly amazing and much more than we could have ever dreamed of.

Where do I begin? From the very first message my husband and I have had the most exceptional experience with The Wild Love Club!

Within our package we received a pre-wedding shoot, both my husband and I were very nervous to get in front of the camera but there was totally no need to be! Nicola made us feel like we had known her for years and created such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, she made us feel completely at ease from the very beginning!

Nicola is truly a credit to her art, the way she captured our moments so beautifully truly blows me away! Her creativity and eye for detail is second to none! Nicola went above and beyond to get the perfect shot (even if it meant her climbing into the river and getting soaked in doing so).

On our wedding day Nicola was more than our photographer! She helped in every way she possibly could. I can honestly say I don’t think our wedding day would have been quite the same without her there! Her energy is infectious, her kindness is to be admired and her skills in photography are out of this world!

…And then we received our photographs and we were both totally overwhelmed! Nicola captured our day so so perfectly, it was like we relived it all over again and now we get to keep these memories forever. Back in January, myself and my partner were lucky enough to win a competition with The Wild Love Club - for an elopement style wedding.I had been following @thewildloveclub on instagram for some time, gathering inspiration for our wedding. I never dreamt that it would ever be possible have them as part of our wedding, but I fell in love with the beautiful images that Nicola captured.

When the competition winners were announced, we were in complete shock to see that it was us! It was such a happy moment and we were so grateful to be picked from all of the people that had entered. I still couldn't believe our luck, right up until the wedding. Not long after winning, Nicola contacted us and we began to discuss arrangements and details. We had zoom meetings with everyone involved, to discuss updates/ planning and ideas. Up until the day of the wedding Nicola was always there to discuss any details and everything was so well organised. She listened to what we wanted as a couple and was so professional and understanding. It took all of the stress of organising a wedding away from us because everything was taken care of and from the outset, after communicating with Nicola, I found it so easy to put my trust in her, leave all stress behind and just relax and look forward to our big day.

The day itself was a rainy day, but The Wild Love Club came fully prepared for all weather and were there to meet us with umbrellas and were dressed in waterproofs. We waited for a dry spell and then just went for it, taking a break after the ceremony. Nicola even brought us lovely fresh fruit and snacks which was much needed after a morning of preparation! It was so fun and enjoyable and the team were such a professional, lovely group of talented individuals who knew how to put us at ease...something that must come with evident experience. The day went like clockwork and the team took complete ownership of it - guiding us seamlessly throughout the day, filled with laughter and happiness.

When we received the images we were blown away. They were much more than we could ever envision.The single word that instantly springs to mind when looking through our gallery is "MAGICAL." The images are beautiful and they captured the day in a way I never thought possible. The backdrop of Blea Tarn certainly helped too.

I don’t even know where to begin! Nicola and Emma have been brilliant from the first message I sent enquiring for wedding photographer. They were brilliant, understanding and caring when my first wedding got cancelled last minute due to a change in Covid restrictions. We the decided to get married locally and lucky Nicola was happy to travel 6 hours to come and cover our new wedding day which was Saturday! She was phenomenal, we always felt at ease and everything felt natural and fun. All the guests loved her and I’ve had my sneak peek and I’m over the moon with the photographer! The way Nicola and I met was pure serendipity. Dan and I had just gotten married at the Newcastle Civic Centre in the presence of just 3 witnesses and we hadn't considered having a photographer as we were going to have a proper celebration a few months later. When we came out, this lovely woman came up to us and exclaimed- 'guys did you just get married? Would you like me to take some photos? You guys look so happy and loved up!' We agreed and the little, 10 minute shoot that followed yielded the most lovely photos of our very spontaneous registry day! And Dan and I were instantly taken by Nicola, her infectious smile, her easy charm, the way she made us feel comfortable in front of the camera... and the fact that this professional photographer had just volunteered to take our photographs out of the goodness of heart with no expectation of anything in return.

What she did not know then was that Dan and I were planning our proper wedding ceremony with our friends and family... and it was a no brainer for us... we hired Nicola officially for our very personal, woodland wedding. It was the most glorious and happiest of days and Nicola's photos have captured the joy and beauty in a way that has surpassed even our very high expectations from her. She has a true eye for detail, and she's a delight as a person too.

I feel happy to call her a friend now too, and was delighted that she attended our wedding not just as our photographer but as a guest who is a friend.

Well, what can I say? Right from when she arrived, Nicola started work immediately, capturing moments of the wedding preparations with such enthusiasm. Where do I start? The second I saw Nicola’s photography I knew she was the one for us.

Something a little bit quirky, a little bit different & just what I was looking for. Meeting with Nicola for the first time was like meeting an old friend. Apart from one or two group shots, I was quite happy for her to capture whatever she felt worked on the day and she didn’t disappoint.

Our wedding pictures are beautiful and capture exactly what I wanted them to, a day full of happiness, laughter and love.
