Elopement in Skye

Jessica and James eloped to the gorgeous Quiraing in Skye to exchange their vows and then we hiked up to the Old Man of Storr at sunset for the most epic blue light show.

These two beautiful souls are super cool with their docs and tattoos, combined with a wicked dress sense and the dramatic backdrop of Skye meant I was so excited to be part of their day and photograph them. The styling for the day was boho meets dark and moody with enough gorgeous breathtaking scenery for good measure.

Jessica’s gorgeous dress was by Reclamation, who make the most special bespoke wedding dresses, the gorgeous florals were by Wildfire Floral Co. and hair and make-up was by April Sky. In the current times we are living in, even if you hadn’t previously considered an elopement, it is a safer option if you are worried about planning a wedding only for new restrictions to come in to place and scupper your plans. This was such a magical experience and just beautiful to witness.
