I love making connections, I get to know who you are as a couple and what makes your love unique, so I can photograph your day and you can look back at the organic moments that made your day special.

I give everyone the space to be themselves, whether you and your guests are gentle and reserved or wild and free, I fit beautifully into my surroundings and become part of the day with ease.

You will receive at least 250 images for a half day package or a minimum of 500 for a full day. Your gallery is digital and you can download your full gallery in high resolution or website for unlimited sharing and printing.

I offer the option of posing or being a wallflower to your experience or a bit of both. Whether you would like a directing or natural, my aim is that you can really feel the essence of your day in your gallery. But I do recommend spending a little bit of time catching some frames just of you.

How to begin, Nicola made our day so special, so bespoke to our needs that I can’t believe she actually exists. Every inch of her day was enhanced by her being there. From the second we booked her (based on her incredible portfolio that frankly should hang in the Louvre) we felt so taken care of and set up for success. It was a true collaborative experience. She went to great lengths to make sure everything was tailored to our day and I didn’t have to worry at all. On the day she became a part of our family, capturing our most intimate moments with grace and style. Everyone fell in love with her. She really went above and beyond. Nicola is an amazing person, the energy she brought to the day was infectious, she supported me (the bride) as if she were a bridesmaid and the photos we have are absolutely stunning, we couldn't of asked for more (see pictures below). We would definitely recommend the pre wedding photo shoot as it gives you the chance to understand one another, practice having your photo taken professionally and you get beautiful photos as well. We first met Nicola when we had our pre wedding photoshoot. To say our first encounter was anything but perfect would be an understatement. Nicola suggested a wonderful location and she brought the best vibes to such an amazing evening.

We then had the pleasure of having Nicola shoot both our ceremony and reception which we held over two separate days. She made us feel completely at ease and made the whole experience so much fun! I didn’t think I could love my wedding day more, until I saw it through Nicolas lens. If you have already enquired and our diary is free then to get your date secured in our calendar we ask for a 10% booking fee and a digital gallery to be signed and as simple as that you’re all set up on our system. We then send you a welcome box in the post.
We absolutely suggest getting booked in for a couple shoot, if you mark down that you’d possibly like to book this, we will contact you in our quieter time before the heavy wedding season to make some memories with you. It’s such a beautiful time to shred any nerves and to hang out and get to know each other before your big day. It also means you have some lush images to share in the lead up!
Rachael manages most of our client communication, she is our office manager and will get in touch around a month before your wedding to organise a zoom consultation booked in (on a midweek date), 2 weeks prior to your date as you should have most things ordered in your planning journey. There we will go over your schedule and any plans for photography across the day.
Nicola, (and your second shooter, if you have booked an additional photographer) will spend the time with you documenting your day in a non obtrusive but supportive way. You will see from our testimonials how hard we work and how much we love spending the day with you and capturing all the moments unfolding.
We aim to deliver your gallery within 12 weeks, when the season is slower or super busy it could flex a little more or less but as we only take on a limited amount of weddings every month to prioritise our couples and give you a unique personalised experience, we have always delivered in time.
We love a testimonial, they are so important for our enquiring couples to see, so we always ask at the end of an experience that you share your lovely memories with us.

I’m based in the North East of England but I’ll happily hop on a train (or a plane!) to capture your wedding day wherever it’s happening. From wild elopements in Northumberland to laid-back city weddings in Newcastle, I’m all about documenting love in all its glorious, messy, beautiful forms. If you're planning something a bit further afield—Scotland, the Lakes, or even abroad—just drop me a message and we can chat travel.
Absolutely. Whether you’re throwing a 100-guest party or sneaking off to say your vows on a remote cliffside, I’m here for it. I shoot everything from full-day weddings to intimate elopements, and I approach each one with the same love, energy, and attention. If you’re not sure which kind of package you need yet, we can figure that out together—no stress.
Relaxed, authentic, and full of feeling. I’m not about awkward setups and coordinating every single detail to the point your entire day becomes about ME - my work is documentary-style, which means I capture the moments as they unfold, making it allll about you. I’m there to tell the full story of your day in a way that feels natural and true to you.
I tend to book up around 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak summer weekends, so if you’ve got your date set, get in touch sooner rather than later. That said, I occasionally have last-minute availability, so even if your wedding is just around the corner, it’s always worth dropping me a message.
All of my packages include pre-wedding chats (so we’re all on the same page), full coverage on the day (depending on your chosen package), professional image editing, and access to your own private online gallery to view, download, and share your photos. I also have add-ons available, like including an additional shooter, extra hours, or a pre-wedding couple’s shoot (which I always recommend, especially if you aren’t super comfy in front of the camera)

You’ll also get me and my team in your corner from day one - we’re always available for advice, recommendations, helping get you into your dress on the day, all that good stuff!
Item Not at all. Honestly, most of my couples say this at first. My whole approach is to help you relax, forget the camera’s even there, and just be yourselves. Trust me, you’ll look like absolute babes.
Of course! I love getting to know my couples before the big day, whether that’s a video call, a coffee in town, or a pre-wedding shoot (which is a great way to feel more confident in front of the camera). It's super important to me that we vibe well. I'm basically your third wheel for the day, so it helps if we can have a laugh together too.

Your wedding photography package automatically includes a pre-wedding Zoom so we can iron out the details before your big day, but any time you want to chat in the lead up to your wedding, I’m more than happy to jump on a call or meet up!
